IBC Leadership Retreat

Church Leaders – Deacons, Church Council Members, Sunday School Teachers, Church Officers, and Staff are invited to attend our Church Leadership Retreat the weekend of June 5-6, 2026.

Plans are underway for what should be a meaningful time of discernment and dreaming for our church’s future.

Over the course of the last year or so, we have been considering how our leadership structures are or are not serving us and have been making strides towards ensuring that our systems and structures align with our mission. During this retreat, we will be guided by leading voices in effecting change through church systems, who will help to equip our church leaders to serve more beneficially and discern God’s call for our church more successfully.
