Immanuelfest is coming up soon! We are looking forward to hosting our most popular annual event on Saturday, September 26, from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. We have quite a few opportunities to donate and/or volunteer to make Immanuelfest a success. Please see the list below and consider where you could serve!
– We are collecting Free Fair items now. Any donations can be brought to the old library. We will not accept adult clothing or books.
– We are in need of Pop up Tents for our non profit booths. We have lots of community partners who will be joining us, and we want to be sure they have everything they need. See Shelley Lewis, Sara Jenkins, or Steve Dooley if you can loan one.
– Donations of canned soft drinks and bottled water can be placed in the kitchen. Please label the items “for Immanuelfest.”
– Individually wrapped cookies in twos for lunch may also be placed in the kitchen, labeled “for Immanuelfest.”
We are also in need of volunteers for:
– Friday Sept 25 starting at 5 pm to setup tents, bouncy house, free fair items, etc.
– Volunteers Saturday Sept 26 starting at 8 am to setup pop up tents, music tables/speakers, etc.
– Volunteers Saturday Sept 26 after 1 pm to take everything down.
