If you were at the Business Meeting on May 15, you know that we are in the process of getting a new church sign, thanks to a very generous donation. The new sign will have a digital display, and we will be able to update the sign’s content online. This is going to make such a difference in our ability to get news out to our community – and keep the church sign updated with current information!
The sign has been ordered, and the installers have obtained a permit for the sign. The sign is now in development, including a design attempting to match the “stones” on the sign base to the stones on the outside of our church building. They are currently sending a sample to Pastor Emily for review. Once the sign is finished, it will take a week to be shipped to the installer, and then 2-5 weeks following shipment for the sign to be installed on our property. At this point, the sign installation could happen within the next couple weeks or between September-October.
